The students worked well on their reading mostly and I just ensured that I was a support to them and their families.

Covid teaching 24 March-17 May 2020
Due to the Corona virus, we had to adapt the way of teaching our students. I found this a huge challenge as unfortunately we did not have the chance to use chrome books in our class up until this point of lock-down. I decided to make take home packs for my students and I kept in contact with my parents through email, text, messenger and see-saw.
Parent/Student/Teacher conference 8/9 June 2020
With having no reports end of term 2 due to Covid, we help student/teacher/parent interviews and had discussions about what the parents learnt about their child as a learner through lock-down. We reported back on two Stars and a wish- what the students thinks they are doing well as a learner, and one thing they want to achieve by the end of the year.
